Sample- We provide customer 5-10pcs prototype to testing in

Quality problem--Customer don't satisfied with our quality due to
factory's carelessness, return goods to us, we will make the
replacement for you quickly.
How to control quality?
(1) We process the products strictly based on the raw material
list.
(2) Our many engineer own many years experience and are very
responsible.
(3) Warranty period is one year. If you find some products is bad,
you can tell us, we will give you solutions.
Back Panels
1. The most commonly used material for back panels is aluminum,
which can be supplied with a variety of mounting hardware
installed.
2. Other back panel materials include stainless steel, acrylic,
polycarbonate, and ABS.
Panels Design Considerations
To ensure that the subpanel is not visible after assembly:
1. It should be .020″ smaller than the membrane switch layers in
both height and width;
2. all cutouts and holes should be .030″ larger;
3. cutouts behind windows should be .060″ larger than the window.

Q2 : Is my switch file safe if I send it to you for manufacturing?
A : We respect customer's design authority and will never
manufacture membrane switch/ graphic overlay for someone else
without
your permission. NDA is acceptable.
Q3 : Can you copy membrane switch/ graphic overlay samples without
file?
A : Yes, we can clone membrane switch/ graphic overlay according to
your samples.
Q4 : What payment do you accept ?
A : TT/ Western Union.
Q5 : What's your shipping way ?
A : 1. We have our own forwarder to ship goods by DHL, UPS, FEDEX,
TNT, EMS.
2. If you have your own forwarder, we can cooperate with them.
Q6 : How about the MOQ?
